Ordering

Products are ordered online at www.keikiwoood.com. Orders are confirmed by email, which provides the order price, shipping costs, and ordered products. Orders can also be confirmed by SMS with a link to the order confirmation on our website. The customer agrees to the current delivery terms with each order. The online store is open to all individuals aged 18 and over, who have a permanent delivery address and a valid email address, and who order products within the delivery area of the online store. The customer must provide accurate information when ordering from the online store. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information provided and must notify Keiki without delay of any changes. The customer must be the legal owner of the bank/credit card used for the purchase.

After placing an order, the customer will receive a payment confirmation and an order confirmation by email, which includes the order number and ordered products. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email when the order has been shipped. The customer has the right to cancel their order free of charge before receiving the shipping confirmation by contacting customer service at hello@keikiwoood.com.
